Which pesticide is best for whitefly on cotton?

Imidacloprid 17.8% SL or Thiamethoxam 25% WG are the most effective systemic insecticides for whitefly control on cotton. Rotate between chemical groups to prevent resistance.

What fertilizer dose is recommended for Bt cotton?

For Bt cotton: 120 kg N + 60 kg P₂O₅ + 60 kg K₂O per hectare. Apply 1/3 N + full P + K as basal, and split the remaining N in two top dressings at 30 and 60 DAS.

How to treat leaf curl virus in cotton?

Cotton Leaf Curl Virus (CLCuV) is spread by whitefly. Control the vector early using Imidacloprid or Spiromesifen. Remove and destroy infected plants. There is no direct cure for the virus - prevention through vector control is key.
