Bayer Nativo 75 WG Fungicide — Tebuconazole + Trifloxystrobin
Nativo is a premium systemic fungicide from Bayer CropScience containing Tebuconazole 50% + Trifloxystrobin 25% WG. The combination of two fungicide classes — a triazole and a strobilurin — gives Nativo both curative and preventive action against a wide range of fungal diseases in paddy, tomato, mango, wheat and other crops.
How It Works (Dual Mode of Action)
Nativo works through two distinct mechanisms simultaneously:
- Tebuconazole (Triazole / DMI) — inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis in fungal cell membranes, stopping fungal growth. Systemic action: moves through the plant. Curative: stops established infections.
- Trifloxystrobin (Strobilurin / QoI) — inhibits mitochondrial respiration (Complex III) in fungal cells. Protective action: prevents new infections. Rainfast within 1–2 hours of application.
Together they protect the crop from two angles: trifloxystrobin forms a surface barrier, tebuconazole moves inside the plant to halt any infections already started. FRAC Groups: 3 + 11.

- Paddy (rice): Brown spot (Helminthosporium oryzae), Sheath blight (Rhizoctonia solani), Leaf blast (Pyricularia oryzae), False smut
- Tomato: Early blight (Alternaria solani), Late blight (Phytophthora infestans)
- Mango: Anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides), Powdery mildew
- Wheat: Yellow rust, Brown rust, Powdery mildew, Loose smut
- Grapes: Powdery mildew (Uncinula necator), Downy mildew
- Soybean: Rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi), Frogeye leaf spot

Do not exceed 2 sprays of Nativo per season on the same crop. Rotate with a fungicide from a different FRAC group (e.g., FRAC M3 or FRAC 7) to manage resistance.
