• All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition, including all original labels and packaging.
• The items should not be broken or tampered with.
• Perishable goods such as seeds cannot be returned.
• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the day of delivery.

Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
• If you choose to self-ship your return, we recommend using a reliable courier service and securely packing the items to prevent loss or damage during transit.
• Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Returning Goods
